The DEA Range of Elram Electro-Hydraulic Actuators operates on a simple ‘Bi-directional motor’ principle.

Rotation of the motor causes the actuator to extend or to retract. When the motor is not running the actuator is stationary.

The actuator may be stopped in any position
Various hydraulic circuit configurations are available
Fully-sealed housing
Solenoid-operated versions are available for applications requiring high-frequency or modulating duty
"Locked" or "Free-to-move" configurations are available when the motor is running
